Jess (Gellar), a woman whose life has really changed after a car accident in which her husband Ryan and her in-law, Roman (Pace) in a coma. The situation got worse when Roman who awoke from her coma convinced that he was Ryan. Jess tries to deal with this event, where she was sure her husband has returned to him or something had happened at his workplace
The film shows that the soul of someone living in another person's body and it happens when you least expect it.
